I was looking for recipes to use the beautiful corn you've been sending, and one of them
had this tip:
To easily get corn off the cob, stick the pointed end
of the cob into the hole of a bundt pan or angel food cake pan. It holds the cob steady and as you cut, the kernels
fall neatly into the pan. I've used my bundt pan more in the last few weeks than I have in the past five
years!
